Service Description:

We use a commercial-grade pressure washer with a pressure regulator to safely apply a cleaning solution that washes away dirt, grime, mold, mildew, algae, and snail trails from the siding of homes, mobiles, and or trailers. This process is gentle on paint and wood while restoring your exterior to a clean, well-maintained appearance. Every house wash also includes a complimentary cobweb removal to help prevent future buildup.

Why It’s Important:

Humboldt County’s moist coastal climate promotes mold, mildew, and algae growth, which can reduce indoor air quality and cause premature paint or siding damage. Regular house washing keeps your exterior looking bright and healthy, protects finishes, maintains your family’s air quality, and preserves your property’s value.

Recommended Cleaning Frequency:

Every 1-2 years, or as needed. Homes in shaded areas or near dense vegetation may require more frequent cleaning to prevent buildup, staining, or snail trails on siding.
